With a proactive approach, we apply our deep field construction experience to review the constructability of plans in the context of site conditions, and we advise clients and EORs accordingly. We manage people and processes to produce a product that is constructed within contract specifications, on time and within budget.

Keystone’s principal is a former FDOT CCEI Resident Engineer who has managed the construction of a considerable volume of highway, road and bridge projects since 1994. Keystone is a certified disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) and minority business enterprise (MBE).
