Keystone Civil provides direct and indirect litigation, arbitration, and mediation support. Over the years, we have provided open court testimony, depositions and claims analysis, and we are well-respected by industry legal counsel.
We utilize 360° imaging to provide highly detailed inspection and record keeping of our projects.
Keystone Civil has served as subconsultant on multiple debris removal contracts in FDOT District 7, we’ve been activated in response to storm events to assist the Department in properly documenting operations. Our duties included overseeing cut and toss activities, monitoring and documenting contractor debris removal work (debris cleanup, hauling, staging and reduction, temporary site management). We also oversaw disposal site operations by estimating truckloads, tracking quantities, and properly documenting efforts. Keystone’s services were critical to ensure the Department would be reimbursed from FHWA Emergency Relief, FEMA Public Assistance programs, and other relevant recovery programs.
